Shipping & Order Fulfillment

SAUVAGE ZSA ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") currently ships our products domestically in the United States, with goals of expanding to international markets in the near future.

We provide the following shipping methods: USPS (Economy, Standard, Ground Advantage, Priority Mail) and UPS®(Worldwide Saver®, Ground, Standard). The estimated delivery date depends on the shipping address location and the shipping alternative you choose.  Please note that estimated delivery time does not take into account possible shipment delays caused by stock availability, order processing, and/or payment authorization. 

Delivery

SAUVAGE ZSA will attempt in good faith to deliver your items in accordance with your order; however, the Company will not be responsible or liable for any delays, force majeure or other circumstances resulting in failure of such delivery. The Company reserves the right to effect delivery of any order in any number of separate shipments but will make all best efforts to avoid such occurrences. Although customers can preselect shipping carriers at checkout, the Company reserves the right to have sole discretion on the modes of transport and carriers decided while processing your order. Your order will be delivered to the delivery address specified when placing an order; and if the delivery address is geographically remote or difficult to deliver to, it is possible that we may not be able to make the delivery.  SAUVAGE ZSA will not be responsible or liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to any unavoidable cause, or due to extenuating circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control. In such cases, the Company will have the right, at its option, without penalty or any liability for breach of contract, to terminate all or any part of any order or to reschedule delivery within a reasonable time; in such an instance, the Company will communicate with you and attempt to resolve the issue. 

Pre Orders

"Pre Order" is available for certain items of merchandise before it is available, or after an item has run out-of-stock and more is on the way; pre order is available on certain items, with the understanding that it will be shipped at a tentative later date. 

In the event that SAUVAGE ZSA fails to deliver your order within thirty (30) days for non pre-order items, you may have the right to cancel your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order from shipment delays, you must contact customer support at info@sauvagezsa.com. A cancellation is not valid until you have received written confirmation from SAUVAGE ZSA. If a product is no longer offered, discontinued, or out-of-stock without a pre-order alternative, SAUVAGE ZSA reserves the right to cancel the purchase order and issue a refund. We will notify you if a similar product is available or if we have to process a refund. SAUVAGE ZSA is not responsible for errors in connection with delivery or shipping errors resulting from inaccuracy in shipping instructions including but not limited to wrong shipping addresses. Please confirm your shipping address is accurate before proceeding with an order purchase. 
In the event that an order is delivered to a pick-up point and the package is failed to be retrieved in time, we have the right to deduct a fee to cover any additional costs of shipping and a 5% restocking fee.  If your product has been damaged during transport, you must report it immediately to SAUVAGE ZSA customer support via email at info@sauvagezsa.com including the order number or receipt of purchase.
