SAUVAGE ZSA® has officially launched an in-store environmentally conscious Sip & Shop experience at the brand's first Flagship Storefront.  SAUVAGE ZSA® Sip & Shop is woman-owned and owner operated; located in the historic Electric Building (1928) in Downtown Spokane, Washington at 122 S. Monroe Street, Suite D, Spokane, WA 99201.

SAUVAGE ZSA® is rewilding the traditional department store with a biophilic designed Brick & Mortar offering a small-batch retail experience that advocates for cultural heritage diversity, community, small business craftsmanship, wellbeing, and wilderness preservation.  The company’s retail offerings are intentionally curated through SVZ’s Corporate Social Responsibility Plan and empower 105+ minority-owned small businesses. SAUVAGE ZSA® Sip & Shop is revolutionizing the retail sector by combining small business retail with art, beverages, made-to-order food, music, and ethical business standards.  The collections are like none other including: a hat bar, sustainable luxurious lifestyle retail (apparel, home, bath, kids toys, jewelry, and accessories), fine art, fine wine & specialty craft beer (by the glass, bottle, 6pk, and case), European-inspired bistro dining, and exclusive community-centered events.

MENU

SAUVAGE ZSA® Sip & Shop has a European-inspired bistro dining area with a unique menu featuring made-to-order options with fresh ingredients that support local farmers, are antibiotic-free, and *organic (not entirely organic, but as much as possible).

  Our Menu changes bi-annually to accommodate seasonal availability of produce and includes charcuterie spreads, brunch options, sandwiches, panini specials, salads, and side alternatives.
